About Dr. Harold Diaz

	WHAT YOU SEE, YOU BECOME Introducing Dr. Harold Diaz . . I grew up in Colombia, South America, where I took my medical degree. I moved to the United States, via New York City, to complete the remainder of my extensive medical training. I then moved to Chicago, IL and started my professional medical career as a clinician and teacher. For almost 7 years, I ran a busy clinic in Chicago, taking care of patients with diabetes, thyroid disorders, heart failure, hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, obesity and many other metabolic imbalances. At this time, I was the Associate Program Director for one of the biggest residency programs in Chicago and taught and trained other doctors in Internal Medicine. My teaching experience was expanded with the completion of a fellowship in Faculty Development in Internal Medicine at the University of North Carolina. I then obtained numerous medical credentials, awards, professional recognitions and extensive experience at some of the country's leading health centers. After a long teaching and research experience, I sought further training and became certified in weight loss therapy, the aesthetic use of Botox® Cosmetic, dermal fillers and other aesthetic procedures at institutions such a as The American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, The American Association of Aesthetic Medicine and Surgery, Empire Medical Training, among others. It was my goal to open and operate the finest MedSpa Clinic in Chicago, with peerless client services that are rare and exceptional in today’s medical facilities. About HD MedSpa & Clinic . . . I opened my own clinic which is a state-of–the-art boutique facility, equipped with cutting edge aesthetic technologies. At my MedSpa clinic, I carefully evaluate each patient's needs and custom design individualized programs with treatments, products and protocols. This level of detail allows my clients to efficiently, and in short term, optimize their appearance to reveal the best they can be with the use of intelligent choices and sound medical consultation. My clinic was designed to offer a beautiful, comfortable and relaxing environment to those seeking physician-grade individualize attention. The skin care line is designed for simplicity of use and is available through consultation with me or my highly trained staff. I have also developed a comprehensive, state–of-the-art Age Management Program, which combines bio-identical hormonal replacement therapy, preventive medicine, fitness counseling and weight loss/diet consultation. This program is designed to help patients with symptoms of menopause, andropause, decreased sexual drive, chronic fatigue, poor sleep, anxiety, etc. My background in internal medicine, in particular with diabetes mellitus and thyroid disorders motivated me to study and research hormonal replacement therapy to treat patients with age- related hormonal imbalances and help people feel healthier and younger.
